Dick Hudgins is an experienced student of parliamentary procedure and is currently continuing his education as a member of the National Association of Parliamentarians and has completed studies in parliamentary procedure through the University of Wisconsin.   His services include advising officers and members of organizations regarding bylaw writing and revisions, agenda preparation (order of business), and procedure in the handling of motions, as well as teaching civic groups and organizations.

Hudgins began his study of parliamentary procedure in the mid-1960's as a member of the Future Farmers of America (now the FFA Organization) where he served in numerous positions of leadership including that of Chapter President, Area President, and State Vice President and chaired winning teams in parliamentary contests.
