Hudgins-Groover is a real estate appraisal and real estate brokerage firm celebrated it's 30th year in 2009. The principals are Richard T. (Dick) Hudgins, MAI, and Mike Groover, IFAS. Hudgins-Groover began as a real estate agency in 1979, which brokered commercial properties, farms, ranches, and residential properties.  Shortly thereafter, Hudgins-Groover began investing in development projects which included residential subdivisions, townhouses, apartments, and commercial sites.

We provide aerial photography services.  Richard Hudgins has been flying for 40 years and has taken hundreds of aerial shots of properties for the use in brokering and appraising real properties.

Why not consider HUDGINS-GROOVER for your aerial photography needs.  Raw digital photos are provided on CD. 

Fees are $250 per hour flight time with a minimum 1 hour and then charged by the 1/10 hour.  All credit cards are accepted.

Graphics can be added to your photos at an additional fee of $20 per photo.
